Dominoes, Camera, Action! Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to individuals or groups aged 18 or over who are registered users of YouTube, excluding anyone materially connected to the administration of the competition.

2. Entrants must create and submit a video which is original work and does not contain or infringe intellectual property and privacy of a third party. Entrants must ensure that they have obtained the consent of any person featured in the advert.

3. All videos submitted are subject to moderation. CasinoRip and GameAccount Global Ltd has absolute discretion to upload or not upload any video and to remove any video already uploaded without giving reasons for the decision. CasinoRip and GameAccount Global Ltd shall in particular refuse to upload any video for the following reasons:

• Defamatory or malicious content
• Inclusion of content in videos to which someone else owns the copyright, such as music tracks, snippets of copyrighted programmes or videos made by other users, without the requisite authorisations.
• Breach of these terms and conditions or the YouTube terms and conditions.

4. Please respect copyright. Entrants must only upload videos that they made or that they are authorised to use. This includes content used in videos to which someone else owns the copyright, including music tracks and snippets of copyrighted programmes or videos without prior permission from the copyright holder.

5. Competition entries must be submitted onto the www.youtube.com/dominoesads group page by 31.01.10.

6. Only one entry per person may be submitted. Entrants will retain ownership to the video each submits, but by entering the competition agree to grant CasinoRip and GameAccount Global Ltd and YouTube a royalty free licence to use the entry themselves in any manner and without further approval or consideration including financial reimbursement.

7. A panel of judges will determine, at their sole discretion, the prize-winning video submitted in each calendar month (from 1st September 2009 until 31st January 2010) to be awarded a cheque for £500. Judging will take place on the first day of the subsequent month. The winner of the grand prize will be decided by the same panel of judges from all videos submitted on or before 31.01.10. The winner will be decided in February 2010 and notified through their YouTube account by 15.02.10.

8. If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days from 15.01.10, an alternative winner will be chosen.

9. For eligible entry to the competition, £50 credit will be added to one Entrant’s CasinoRip.com account. Entrants are required to set up an account by following the instructions on the CasinoRip.com site. Details of the account and user should including full name, CasinoRip.com username, YouTube name and email address should be provided by sending a message from the link on the Dominoes, Camera, Action! Channel page.

10. GameAccount Global Ltd reserves the right to publish the name, photographs, and county of the winners or to publicise the prize-giving presentation after the date of the competition.

11. All entrants to the competition will be deemed to have accepted the rules and the YouTube terms and conditions.

12. The competition may be promoted in other online promotions and in the press.

13. The promoter of the competition is GameAccount Global Ltd.

14. Any personal information provided by the Entrants will only be used for the purposes of the competition or as otherwise set out in these terms and conditions.

15. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English Courts. If any provision of these terms is invalid under the law of a particular country, it will only apply to the extent permitted.
