NEW 3-Card Poker: It’s all in your hand!

It’s finally here! Always play ‘Head-to-Head’ – never the ‘House’ - that’s the winning advantage with our unique version of the wildly popular brand-new 3-card Poker! If you like your Poker thrills then prove your skills, not just your luck, in this fast-moving ‘game within-a-game’ playing the exact same sequence of cards as your opponent! Learn to earn! All about 3-Card Poker…

Play 25 individual hands of 3-card Poker against an automated in-game dealer

• At the end of the 25 hands, submit your score in "virtual chips" (you'll start with $10,000)
• See if you've beaten your opponent to win the real money at stake (was your chipstack higher?)

So far 3-Card Poker sounds similar to our other person-to-person competition game "Tournament Blackjack".

However, there's one BIG difference...

Before you receive each 3-card poker hand, you need to decide whether to play your hand only to beat the dealer's 3-card poker hand OR to bet some virtual chips that your 3-Card poker hand is going to contain a pair of cards or better.

If you play to beat the Dealer, it's called the "Ante Game". If you also play the "Pairs Plus" game you can bet your virtual chips that you'll receive a pair or better. In practice, this "Pairs Plus" game will make a huge difference to how you play, and how much you'll win.

Before you hit the "DEAL" button you decide to bet $100 virtual chips on each of the five betting rings. If you get a pair of cards in each of your five 3-card hands you'll get a 1:1 payout, instantly, on each $100 bet turning each $100 into $200. If only one of your five hands has a pair you'll turn that $100 bet into $200 BUT you will lose the four remaining $100 bets. In the "Pairs Plus" game the better the hand you're dealt the bigger the payout. The best hand to receive is a royal flush. If you get a royal flush (like a 7,8 and 9 of hearts) you'll get a massive 40:1 payout, instantly. There's a payout table in the top-right corner of the game screen for you to refer to at all times.

So What's a Good Basic Strategy?

Well, we recommend all players play both games at once. More conservative players can play just the Ante game to beat the dealer, but may miss out on big bonus payouts in the event they receive a particularly good hand from the dealer. Play the "Ante" game to beat the dealer AND play the "Pairs Plus" game in case you get dealt a lovely lucky hand from the dealer. The proportions you bet on each is entirely up to you.

Showing Your Skills at 3-Card Poker

The skill is not just in choosing which hands you play, but how much you choose to bet on each hand and how much you bet on the "Pairs Plus" game versus the "Ante" game. How you play your cards is entirely up to you. Conservative betting, aggressive betting, a mixture of the two, all-in betting on the "Pairs Plus" game, all-in betting against the dealer in the "Ante" game... the permutations are legion and there are hundreds of different strategies to adopt to ensure you stay ahead of the pack.
