Terms and Conditions
- All participants in this promotion ("Promotion") must agree to abide by the normal site rules and terms and conditions governing usage of this website and the associated games. During the Promotional Periods all players who wager real money in any Instant Win game are automatically deemed to be participating in the Promotion.
- This promotion runs over one period. This period commences midnight (GMT) on 1st February 2010 ending midnight on the 30th June 2010 (known as 'promotion period').
- Players must make a minimum deposit of £20 or currency equivalent and wager at least £20 on any Instant Win Games to receive a £10 free bonus and a free seat worth £10 to the Wednesday £100-Added Blackjack Tournament at 9:50pm on the following dates: Wednesday 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th May 2010 and Wednesday 2nd, 9th, 16th 23rd and 30th June 2010. Players must make their deposit 24hrs prior to any of these dates to be registered for that week's tournament; otherwise they'll be registered to the tournament on the following date. All players that qualify for this free seat promotion will be registered automatically for the tournament. All multiplayer games and Purse Play games are excluded from the qualifying stakes for the promotion.
- Prizes shall be dispatched to the winning player accounts, within 48 hours of qualifying for the bonus. Payments will be made to skill gaming accounts in the form of site credit.
- No cash awards or alternatives will be made under any circumstances.
- Players are eligible for a free seat to the Wednesday's £100-Added Blackjack Tournament and £10 free bonus when they meet the requirements for the promotion as described in point 3.
- Players arriving more than 2 minutes after the scheduled start time of the online tournament or game round will forfeit their match and will not be entitled to another free entry in any subsequent weeks Tournament.
- Awarding of any and all prizes is at the sole discretion of management and any decisions taken by management in this regard are final. If any player is disqualified by management, a suitable replacement will be entered or invited into the tournament at the discretion of management.
- Management reserve the unfettered right to exclude or otherwise remove players from participation in the Promotion if the circumstances warrant such exclusion in the sole opinion of Management.
- This promotion is available only once per new customer. The identity of a customer will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/charge card number, computer, and any other forms of identification which may be required.
